1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Stridepost mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stridepost is a mobile application that allows users to create visual activity cards from fitness data sourced from Strava or imported activity files (.fit, .gpx, .tcx). The App provides templates, widgets, and export tools to create and share these cards.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using Strava, Google, Apple Sign-In, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including card designs, custom templates, and uploaded photos. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Redistribute or resell the App or its features
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

6. Subscription and Payments

Stridepost offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective app store's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Strava, Google, and Apple. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Strava Integration

When you connect your Strava account, we access your activity data in read-only mode. We never post, modify, or delete anything on your Strava account. You may disconnect Strava at any time through the App's settings.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, templates, widget designs, code, and branding, is owned by Stridepost and protected by intellectual property laws. Preset templates and widget designs are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stridepost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data will be soft-deleted and you will no longer be able to access the App with that account.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
